Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams gluten free plain flour
  • salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 75 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the flour, seasoning, oregano, egg and dairy free milk

  2. Stir in the onion

  3. Heat the oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat

  4. Add one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side

  5. Repeat until all the batter is used

  6. Serve with salad and sweet chilli dipping sauce
