Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • 170 g can of tuna (drained)
  • 1 tbsp red onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp red pepper (diced)
  • salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • 4 slices gluten free bread slices
  • 4 tbsp dairy free cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC

  2. Mix together the mayonnais, lemon juice, chilli flakes, tuna, onion and peppers

  3. Season to taste

  4. Divide between 2 slices of gluten free bread

  5. Top with the dairy free cheese and the remaining 2 slices of bread

  6. Cut in half and place on a baking sheet

  7. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the bread is golden and the cheese melted
