Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Red Pear Bircher Muesli.
I’m a big fan of breakfast recipes that you can prepare the night before! This bircher muesli is very similar to overnight oats. I had a red pear in the fruit bowl that needed using up but you can add in any fruit you like. It will also last for a couple of days in an air tight tub in the fridge.

Spiced Red Pear Bircher Muesli (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place the oats, sultanas, cashew nuts and mixed spice in a bowl

Stir in the honey, milk and grated pear

Mix until well combined

Chill in the fridge overnight
