Description

Try out my recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Hot Dogs topped with red onion, chorizo, avocado and cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 gluten free hot dog buns
  • 2 gluten free hot dog sausages
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 40 grams chorizo diced
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free cheese
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon tomato salsa
Instructions
  1. Heat a shallow frying or grill pan
  2. Toast the rolls in the dry pan for a couple of minutes on each side
  3. Add the hot dog sausages and cook for a couple of minutes on each
  4. Add in the chorizo and onion and cook for another 5 minutes
  5. Place the hot dog sausages into the buns
  6. Mash the aovcado and season with salt and pepper
  7. Spread on top of the hot dogs
  8. Sprinkle on the sauted chorizo and red onion

  9. Top with some grated dairy free cheese and tomato salsa
