Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for these delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Loaded Hot Dogs. I’ve found a proper good hot dog can be a bit tricky to make gluten free but I think I’ve found the right mix. I got my gluten free hot dog buns online from the Wheat Free Bakery. They are the perfect size for a loaded hot dog and in my humble opinion are one of the best free from buns out there.
I’ve used Tesco Finest hot dog sausages, which are marked gluten free, and also their diced chorizo. As always with chorizo remember to double check it doesn’t contain milk. I’ve then topped with red onion, mashed avocado, dairy free cheese and some tomato salsa.
As with most of my recipes you can change the toppings around to suit your own preferences. I’ve gone with a combo of my favourites and also what was in the fridge at the time of making this recipe.
