Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Carrot and Orange Soup.
I’m enjoying a lazy Sunday morning prepping the website for next week. I’ve just had an amazing gluten free brunch at Carluccio’s - they have a full gluten free menu for breakfast and lots of the options can be easily adapted to be dairy free as well. The weather isn’t great so we are planning on spending the afternoon at the Natural History Museum.
A trip to London for me is not complete without a treat from Yorica - everything in the ice parlour is gluten and dairy free. This time I went for soft serve caramel ice cream with a chocolate crepe.
Today’s recipe is for carrot and orange soup - I bought a huge bag of carrots when I was baking my carrot cake last week so decided to make soup to use them up. Perfect for lunch as the weather starts to get a bit colder.
