These little pots are perfect for a prep ahead breakfast recipe idea. You can make a big batch of this on a Sunday night as they will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Gingerbread and Apple Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Rest Time 4 hour Total Time 4 hrs 10 mins Servings: 2 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year



  1. Place the oats, milk, treacle, apple syrup, ginger and cinnamon in a large bowl

  2. Stir until well combined

  3. Chill in the fridge overnight

  4. Stir through the chopped apple
