These little pots are perfect for a prep ahead breakfast recipe idea. You can make a big batch of this on a Sunday night as they will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Gingerbread and Apple Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the oats, milk, treacle, apple syrup, ginger and cinnamon in a large bowl
Stir until well combined
Chill in the fridge overnight
Stir through the chopped apple
