Hello everyone, welcome to my latest lunch recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Prawn Chorizo Rice Bowl. I promised a few weeks ago I would share a couple of new ideas for lunch time or lighter bite meals. You can put this together pretty quickly and works perfect for lunch or a lighter dinner. I choose to serve mine with a simple cucumber and tomato salad.
I made a delicious spiced cherry and apple crumble for pudding the other day. I'll make sure I get that recipe typed up and shared on here later in the week.
