Morning everyone, my latest breakfast recipe is for this delicious Gluten Free and Dairy Free Baked Chocolate French Toast. To make it extra special I’ve used some free from brioche and dairy free chocolate milk. Baking your French Toast in the oven makes it lovely and crisp on the outside but still light and fluffy in the middle.
I’ve been working on a number of new exciting recipes recently. I made a delicious red velvet cake as a treat to cheer me up when I got back from the hospital on Thursday. This weekend I’m hoping to photograph my recipe for cookie dough fudge. I’m also working on some salt and vinegar baked chickpeas and a vegan chocolate mousse.

Baked Chocolate French Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Grease 2 individual ramekins

Whisk together the dairy free chocolate milk, egg and cinnamon

Tear the bread into bite sized chunks
-
Stir in the bread and chocolate chips
-
Divide between the two ramekins
-
Bake for 25 minutes

Serve dusted icing sugar
