Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Line four shallow individual flan tins with the gluten free pastry
Line with grease prrof paper and weigh down with baking beans
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
Remove the beans and baking paper
Return to the oven for 5 minutes
Spread the chutney in the base of the each tart
Top with the grated dairy free cheese
Place a slice of the serrano ham on top of the cheese and press down gently in the middle so you have a little hollow
Crack one egg into each of the tarts
Return to the oven for 15 minutes or until the egg white is cooked and the yolk is still runny
Carefully remove from the tart tins and serve immediately
