Pizza Topped Chicken Burger (Gluten & Dairy Free)

  • 2 gluten free rolls
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons tomato pizza or pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free cheese (grated)
  • 6 pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear

  4. Top the chicken with the pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and pepperoni
  5. Return to the oven for 5 minutes

  6. Warm the buns in the oven for a couple of minutes
  7. Place the chicken in the buns and serve
