A quick recipe for gluten and dairy free chocolate fudge using only two ingredients

  • 200 grams dairy free coconut condensed milk
  • 300 grams dairy free dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
  1. Line a 6" by 6" traybake tin with tinfoil

  2. Place the coconut condensed milk and dark chocolate into a saucepan

  3. Melt over a low heat, stirring until it is well combined

  4. Pour into the traybake tin

  5. Leave to set for a couple of hours

  6. Cut into 30 small pieces
