  • 1 can of aquafaba (drained from chickpeas)
  • 90 grams dairy free dark chocolate (melted)
  • 3 teaspoons icing sugar
  1. Whisk the aquafaba until peaks form with an electric mixer - this takes about 5 minutes

  2. Carefully fold in the melted chocolate and icing sugar making sure not to deflate the aquafaba

  3. Spoon into four small jars and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving
