A creamy pesto sauce with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes stirred through pasta
Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside
Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
Add in the garlic, chilli flakes and chicken
Saute for 5 minutes
Add in the onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
Cook for anther 5 minutes
Stir in the dairy free milk and pesto
Cook for 5 minutes
Season to taste
Stir through the pasta and serve
