Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons gluten free granola
  • 6 tablespoons dairy free strawberry yoghurt
  • 150 grams strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Place the strawberries into a small saucepan over a medium heat with a tablespoon of water
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they have broken down
  3. Set aside to cool
  4. Layer up strawberry yoghurt, gluten free granola and the strawberries in two small jars or bowls
  5. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter
