  • 400 milliliters can of coconut milk
  • 2-4 shots of espresso (depends on your love of strong coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips
  1. Whisk together the coconut milk, espresso shots and maple syrup
  2. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips
  4. Churn in an ice-cream maker for 20 minutes
