Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp gluten free plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the muffin and place in a coffee cup or mug
