Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 grams chicken (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 800 grams can of chopped tomatoes
  • 200 milligrams chicken stock
  • 80 milligrams dairy free cream
  • salt and pepper (for seasoning)
Instructions
  1. Add the olive oil to a large pan over a medium heat

  2. Add the chicken, onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes

  3. Stir in the garam masala, turmeric, chilli flakes, chopped tomatoes and chicken stock.

  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes

  5. Stir int he dairy free cream and season to taste

  6. Divide between four bowls and serve with rice
