Hello everyone, my latest baking recipe is for these delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Cherry Cheesecake Brownies. I know brownies sometimes get a bad reputation in the gluten free community. They are often the only treat available in cafes and are often prepackaged and lets face it a little bit dry.

Don't let that put you off brownies as nothing beats a good homemade one. I've elevated my standard recipe by adding in a swirl of cherry cheesecake.
