  • 1 fresh peach (peeled and diced)
  • 3 tbsp blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150 mg apple juice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth 

  2. You can add more apple juice if the smoothie is a little thick
