Whisk together the ingredients for the satay sauce. If it is too thick you can add a little hot water.
Mix together the watercress, tomato, red onion, peanuts and easy salad dressing
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a high heat.
Cook the steaks for about 3 minutes each side and allow to rest for a couple of minutes then cut into strips.
Serve with the satay sauce and watercress salad
