Ingredients
  • 80 g gluten free oats
  • 100 g dairy free yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  2. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, eggs, one of the bananas (mashed) and the peanut butter
  3. Divide between two individual casserole dishes, top with the other banana (sliced) and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
