  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams gluten free self raising flour
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 5 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  2. Grease and line a 900g loaf tin

  3. Beat together the eggs, dairy free milk and natural yoghurt

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, caster sugar, flour and chocolate chips

  5. Spoon into the loaf tin

  6. Bake for 55 minutes

  7. Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before dusting with the icing sugar
