Ingredients
  • 110 grams dairy free spread
  • 110 grams caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 125 grams gluten free self raising flour
  • 75 grams ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 grams strawberries (quartered)
  • 100 grams dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC and line a 900g loaf tin

  2. Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy

  3. Add the eggs, beating well between each addition

  4. Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl

  5. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well

  6. Gently fold in the strawberries and the dairy free chocolate chips

  7. Pour the cake mix into the cake tin and bake in the oven for 60 minutes

  8. Remove from the oven and the loaf tin and allow to cool before slicing
