  • 4 gluten free pitta breads
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce (*)
  • 8 tablespoons dairy free grated cheese
  • 8 sliced cooked ham (roughly chopped)
  • 1 smell red onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  2. Lay the pitta breads on a baking sheet and top with the pizza sauce

  3. Sprinkle on the grated dairy free cheese, chopped onion, ham slices and oregano

  4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
