  • 80 grams gluten free oats
  • 180 grams dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons strawberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  2. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon, coconut and strawberries
  3. Divide between two individual casserole dishes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  4. Enjoy warm, I served mine with a little dairy free coconut yoghurt and more strawberries
