    For the chia pudding:
  • 120 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 20 grams chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • For the raspberry layer:
  • 70 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free oats
  • 4 tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  1. Mix together the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup

  2. Chill in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours

  3. Make the raspberry layer by blending together the milk, oats, raspberries and bananas

  4. Pour the raspberry smoothie into a glass and top with the chia seeds
