Ingredients
  • 270 g gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp treacle
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp sultanas
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 oC
  2. Heat the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, treacle and oil in a small saucepan for 5 minutes
  3. Place the oats in a large bowl and pour in the syrup mix
  4. Stir until well coated
  5. Spread out a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and stir the oats
  7. Return to the oven for 10 minutes
  8. Allow to cool then stir in the sultanas
