Chilli Garlic Chicken (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Chilli Garlic Chicken.

It wasn’t the best of starts today - I’ve so far been stuck behind a broken train for an hour with no signs of moving anytime soon!  The most frustrating bit is that I’m only about a mile away from my house but we are stuck in no man’s land between two small village stations and we can’t go forward or backwards.  We are basically here until the engineers come and fix the train in front of us.

If you are missing a little treat from the Chinese takeaway (I’m lucky my local can accommodate coeliacs) then try out this recipe.  Chicken and vegetables are coated in this chilli garlic sauce served on a bed of rice.
