Hello everyone, today's recipe is for gluten free and dairy free Breakfast Oat and Berry Smoothie Bowl.

This recipe is a perfect summer alternative to the winter favourite of porridge. The frozen fruit and oats make this a super quick and filling smoothie, a perfect start to any sunny morning.

I'm in Iceland next week so my uploads my not be as frequent as usual - very wifi dependant! I'll also put up a post of what gluten and dairy free things I found to eat. I actually have a few travel food guides to upload - might see if I have the time to type them up on the flight.

Gluten and Dairy Free Breakfast Oat and Berry Smoothie Bowl is a great summer alternative to porridge when you are after a healthy breakfast

Ingredients
  • 250 milliliters almond milk
  • 70 grams gluten free porridge oats
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 4 frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free granola
  • 1 tablespoon raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Place the almond milk, oats, banana and frozen berries in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Top with some raspberries, gluten free granola and desiccated coconut
