Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Avocado Salsa Salmon.
I'm really lucky that our local fish shop has started to do contact free deliveries so there is plenty of fish on the menu this week.
I love this fresh colourful salsa made from mango, avocado, tomato, red onion and fresh coriander. It works perfectly on top of this pan fried salmon steak.

Flip the salmon over and cook for 4 minutes to crispen the skin
Make the salsa by mixing together the tomatoes, onion, coriander leaf, chilli, garlic, lime juice, avocado, mango and seasoning
Top each salmon steak with the salsa
