Strawberry and Chocolate Crepes (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Strawberry and Chocolate Crepes.
Morning everyone, hope you are having a relaxing Sunday. I had some leftover dairy free chocolate sauce from another recipe and a punnet of strawberries in the fridge so I decided to make some crepes for breakfast.

- 100 g gluten free plain flour
- 1 egg
- 300 ml dairy free milk
- 1/2 tbsp caster sugar
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 35 g brown sugar
- 80 ml dairy free milk
- 85 g dairy free dark chocolate
- 1 Start making the chocolate sauce by placing the chocolate, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk in a saucepan

Place over a medium heat and stirring until the ingredients are melted and well combined- 3
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes, set aside to cool slightly- 4
Mix the flour and sugar together- 5
Add the egg and beat well- 6
Gradually add the milk stirring until a smooth batter is formed- 7
Heat a little olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat- 8
Pour in a small amount of the batter, just enough to cover the base of the pan- 9
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side- 10
Remove the crepe from the pan and spread on some of the dairy free chocolate sauce- 11
Fold into quarters and top with strawberries and a little more chocolate sauce- 12
Serve immediatelygluten free crepes - 2
