Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Clafoutis.

French cuisine is definitely something to be celebrated. I travelled to Paris a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of gluten and dairy free food I was able to enjoy.

I've had a gone at making Clafoutis today - a traditional sponge dessert packed full of beautiful cherries.
