A perfect snack with a cinnamon sugar twist
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 grams popcorn kernels
  • 60 grams dairy free spread
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  1. In a large saucepan melt the dairy free spread over a medium heat
  2. Stir in the icing sugar, cinnamon and olive oil
  3. Pour in the popcorn kernels and stir until they are coated
  4. Cover the saucepan with a lid
  5. Remove from the heat once the popping of the kernels slows down
  6. Allow to cool slightly and then serve
