Description

Got leftover fresh cranberries from Christmas? Then try out my recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Cranberry Jam.

Ingredients
  • 500 g cranberries
  • 1 orange (juiced and zested)
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 400 mg water
  • 250 g granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. Place the cranberries, orange juice, zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, water and granulated sugar in a large saucepan

  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 25 minutes

  3. Remove from the heat and pour into sterilised jars
