Cinnamon Dark Choc Biscotti (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cinnamon Dark Choc Biscotti.
I can't believe I've had the website for a few years now and never had a recipe for gluten and dairy free biscotti on here.
I've gone with my favourite flavouring of cinnamon and drizzled them with some dairy free dark chocolate.

- 90 g dairy free spread
- 95 g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g gluten free plain flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 75 g dairy free dark chocolate
- 1 Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Beat together the dairy free spread and sugar until light and fluffy- 3
Whisk in the egg- 4
Stir in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder- 5
On a piece of parchment paper shape the biscotti mixture into a log about 30 cm long and 2 cm thick- 6
Place on a baking sheet- 7
Bake for 30 minutes- 8
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes then cut into diagonal slices about 2 cm thick- 9
Place the slices on a baking tray and bake for 7 minutes on each side- 10
Allow to cool completely- 11
Melt the chocolate and drizzle on the biscotticookies - 2
