Ingredients
    For the filling:
  • 150 grams gluten free digestive biscuits
  • 55 grams dairy free cream cheese
  • 50 grams dairy free white chocolate (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • For the coating:
  • 200 grams dairy free white chocolate (melted)
  • Ground cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions
  1. Place the gluten free digestives, dairy free cream cheese, dairy free melted white chocolate, cinnamon and apple sauce in a blender
  2. Blend until it forms a soft cookie dough consistency
  3. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes

  4. Roll into 12 small balls

  5. Dip in the melted dairy free white chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper
  6. Dust with a little cinnamon
  7. Chill in the fridge until the chocolate has set
