Instructions

Grill or fry the bacon for a couple of minutes on each side until crisp

Make up two sandwiches with the bread, bacon and sliced cheese

In a shallow bowl whisk together the egg and milk, season with salt and pepper

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat

Dip the sandwiches in the egg mix then place in the pan

Cook on one side for 3-5 minutes
