Ingredients
  • 225 milligrams dairy free cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 oC and place two individual sized ramekins into a casserole dish

  2. Place the egg yolks into a medium sized bowl and beat until smooth

  3. Place the dairy free cream, half of the caster sugar and vanilla extract into a saucepan

  4. Bring to just before boiling point and then while stirring continuously pour the cream mix gradually into the bowl with the eggs

  5. Pour ino the two ramekins and fill the casserole dish with boiling water to halfway up the ramekins

  6. Cover with foil, carefully lift into the oven and bake for 30 minutes

  7. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours

  8. Just before serving top with the remaining caster sugar and place under the grill for 3 minutes until browned
