Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, cinnamon and ginger into a saucepan over a medium heat
Gradually pour in the dairy free milk
Stirring continuously, bring to the boil and cook for a couple of minutes or until thick
Remove from the heat and stir in the dairy free spread and pumpkin puree
Divide between 4 small ramekins and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours
I topped mine with a couple of toasted marshmallows
