Ingredients
  • 65 g caster sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 230 mg dairy free milk
  • 15 g dairy free spread
  • 30 g pumpkin puree
Instructions
  1. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, cinnamon and ginger into a saucepan over a medium heat

  2. Gradually pour in the dairy free milk

  3. Stirring continuously, bring to the boil and cook for a couple of minutes or until thick

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the dairy free spread and pumpkin puree

  5. Divide between 4 small ramekins and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours

  6. I topped mine with a couple of toasted marshmallows
