Hello everyone, welcome to my latest baking recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Rock Buns. One of my most popular recipes on the website is for my Grandma's rock buns. It is a family favourite that I made a gluten and dairy free version of. I'm pleased it is so popular as it is a recipe I made so many times growing up. I've adjusted the recipe again to make this lovely chocolate chip version - I hope you enjoy them.

Preheat the oven to 180 oC
In a large bowl add the gluten free flour and rub in the dairy free spread
Stir in the sugar, mixed spice and dairy free chocolate chips. Add the egg and milk to form a sticky dough.
Divide the mixture into 6 buns and place on a baking sheet
Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving
