  • 115 grams dairy free natural or blueberry yoghurt
  • 50 milligrams dairy free milk
  • 80 grams frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl

  3. I topped mine with some gluten free granola and fresh blueberries
