Instructions

Cook the chicken breast for 12-15 minutes in a shallow pan or until the juices run clear

Fry the egg until crisp at the edges

Place all the vegetables in a bowl

Top with the chicken and egg

Drizzle on the sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds

Season with salt and pepper
