Hello everyone, my latest recipe is for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spiced Ice Cream Float. I promise this is the last of my pumpkin recipes, for this year at least. It is actually a recipe for Pumpkin Spiced Ice Cream really but I served it as a float. For an extra treat I topped mine with a little of my homemade Dairy Free Caramel sauce (recipe here).

This weekend I plan to spend sometime working on my Christmas recipes - can't believe it will almost be December. I've got a few new ideas including some festive sweets, cookies, dessert and some ideas to use up any leftover turkey.

Ingredients
  • 175 milliliters dairy free milk
  • 190 milliliters dairy free whipping cream
  • 90 grams brown sugar
  • 110 grams pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 liter lemonade or cola
Instructions
  1. Whisk the dairy free whipping cream until light and fluffy

  2. Whisk in the dairy free milk, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon and ground ginger 

  3. Pour into a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 4 hours

  4. Serve the ice cream in a tall sundae glass and pour over your choice of lemonade or cola
