Ingredients

For the stir fry sauce:

gluten free soy sauce

rice vinegar

cornstarch

Instructions

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large shallow saucepan

Add in the pork strips and cook for 3 minutes

Add in the vegetables and cook for a further 3 minutes

Add the noodles

To make the sauce, heat the ingredients in a small pan, stirring until well combined

Pour on top of the pork, vegetables and noodles
