good quality gluten free sausages
(sliced into thick rings)

sesame oil

garlic cloves

Chinese 5 spice

dried chilli flakes

small onion
(finely diced)

gluten free soya sauce
salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions

Cook the noodles per the instructions on the packet

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan

Add the garlic, chilli and 5 spice

Add the sausageĀ and stir fry for 5 minutes

Add in the vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Add in the noodles and soya sauce

Cook for a further 2 minutes
