Ingredients
  • 150 g gluten free noodles
  • 2 good quality gluten free sausages (sliced into thick rings)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 pepper (finely slices)
  • 100 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp gluten free soya sauce
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles per the instructions on the packet
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan
  3. Add the garlic, chilli and 5 spice
  4. Add the sausageĀ and stir fry for 5 minutes
  5. Add in the vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Add in the noodles and soya sauce
  8. Cook for a further 2 minutes
  9. Enjoy
