- 2 gluten and dairy free rolls (I used Schar's Panini)
- 2 tbsp dairy free mayonnaise
- 300 g prawns (shelled, cleaned and deveined)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp of dairy free cheese (I used Violife)
- handful of salad leaves
