Ingredients

gluten and dairy free rolls
(I used Schar's Panini)

dairy free mayonnaise

prawns
(shelled, cleaned and deveined)

oregano

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
sugar

tsp
lime juice

tbsp
of dairy free cheese
(I used Violife)
handful of salad leaves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Heat a little olive oil in a shallow pan

Add the to the oil with the oregano, cayenne pepper, sugar, cinnamon and lime juice

Cook for five minutes on a medium heat

Fill the rolls with the cheese and prawns

Bake for 8 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly

Add some mayonnaise and salad into the sandwich
