Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat

Add in the garlic, onion and chilli flakes, saute for a couple of minutes

Add in the chorizo and prawns and cook for about 3 minutes

Stir in the cooked rice, chopped tomatoes, basil and season with salt and pepper

Cook for about 5 minutes
