Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 125 g dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • pinch of cardamom
Instructions
  1. Place the mango flesh, dairy free natural yoghurt, maple syrup, lime juice and cardamom in a blender

  2. Blitz until smooth

  3. Pour into two glasses and add ice
