Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free BBQ Pulled Pork Pasta Bake.
A couple of months ago I shared my recipe for pulled pork carnitas and talked about some recipes I had for using up leftover pulled pork. This is one of my favourite recipes and so simple to make - I've stirred the leftover pulled pork through a creamy tomato sauce. Perfect served with salad and some homemade gluten and dairy free garlic bread.

Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
Saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes
Stir in the pulled pork and cook for a couple of minutes
Pour in the passata and cream
Simmer for 5 minutes
Season to taste and stir in the basil
Stir through the cooked pasta
Pour into a casserole dish and top with the grated dairy free cheese
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
