  • 1 chicken breast diced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red chilli diced
  • 150 grams gluten free pasta
  • 250 milliliters passata
  • 50 milliliters red wine
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  1. Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a medium sized saucepan
  2. Place on a medium sized heat
  3. Add in the diced chicken breast, pepper, onion, garlic and chilli
  4. Saute for 5 minutes
  5. Add in the pasta, passata, chicken stock, oregano, seasoning and red wine
  6. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked
